Service Experience Conference Take-aways

December 12, 2014 - 3:00pm to 4:00pm
Knight Management Center C223

I recently attended Adaptive Path's Service Experience Conference. At today's UXers I'll share some of my take-aways, including:

  • What is "Service Experience Design" vs. "UX"?
  • Methods for problem framing and other methods being used in SXD
  • Take-aways from talks at the conference

And let's discuss how Service Experience Design can apply to all of us at Stanford!
